Nationally registered, credentialed or association member professionals, including:

2. Psychotherapist
3. Psychologist
4. Psychoanalytic and Psychodynamic Psychotherapist
5. Play Therapist
6. Mental Health Nurse
7. Advanced Nurse Practitioner
8. Medical Doctor
9. Teacher
10. Speech and Language Therapist/Speech Therapist
11. Social Worker
12. Credentialed mental health nurse
13. Advanced practice nurse
14. Registered nurse practitioner
15. Occupational Therapist

Training Requirements

A minimum of 6 CPD hours of training in specific compassion and resiliency topics. Click here for details.

Pre-approved, 3rd party trainings that meet the training requirements for Certification include:

Application Process

1. Complete a qualifying training
2. Remit your initial application fee payment of 99.99 USD online
3. Upload the following documents to your account:
   1. A copy of the candidate’s professional registration, credential, or membership
   2. Evidence of completion of qualifying training, in the form of a CPD or completion certificate

Renewal

To maintain Certification, a reapplication is required. After your initial 1-year Certification, you have the option to renew for 1, 2 or 3 years. A 1-year renewal requires 6 CPD hours of compassion fatigue, self-care, mindfulness or meditation-focused continuing education or professional development training since you were last Certified; a 2-year renewal requires 12 CPD hours, and a 3-year renewal requires 18 hours.
